Questioner

The employer has not paid the full salary resulting from the hours worked for 3 months (only advances). He has not paid pension and social security contributions. He has not issued pay slips. Does not respond to attempts by employees to contact him. What should we do? We are from Poland and are employed by an agency in the meat sector.
