Transfer of mobile home to private individual.

I, a private individual, am selling a chalet/mobile home to a private individual for an agreed amount of €37,500. I will make a transfer statement for this purpose with this amount stated on it, which we will both sign on the day of transfer. A deposit of €4000 has been made, cash, the remaining amount will be transferred by bank for transfer. Now, for some reason unknown to me, the seller also wants a sales declaration with a purchase price of €20,000. I don't know and I don't want to know what he plans to do with it. What risks do I run by complying with this request? Can he then, with that statement in hand, contest the original sales price of €37,500 and claim that he paid too much? Am I responsible if he commits illegal and/or fraudulent acts with it? Of course it is a fake statement with an unclear purpose. By the way, am I obliged to receive/hand over a copy of my identity document upon transfer?

I advise you to only record (in writing) what you have actually agreed upon. As you yourself indicate, a 'fake statement' could lead to unwanted evidentiary problems. It is also possible that a fraudulent act is performed with it and you do not want to be involved in that in any way. You are not obliged to provide a copy of your ID to another private individual and to avoid fraudulent acts I would advise against that. It is particularly important not to provide your BSN number to third parties.
