Facebook scam.

This week I was scammed by a person via Facebook for an amount of €515. I had bought scooter parts from him, but this gentleman keeps postponing delivery and also refunding the money. I heard from a friend of mine that this is not his first time, so I was wondering what is the best way to go about getting my money back?

You should urge and summon the person concerned to deliver within a (short) period. If this does not happen, you should terminate the purchase agreement and (in order to) refund the paid purchase price. If you qualify for pro deo, I could assist you in this case on that basis.
