How do I get access to my medical file?

I can only access my medical file with my GP to a limited extent. Only the consultation dates and not the consultation reports. Of the specialists I visited, yes. When asked why, the doctor and provider CMG point to each other. Also, the file is only from 2020. How do I get access?

You are legally entitled to inspect and obtain a copy of your medical file. Your healthcare provider must cooperate with this, free of charge. The medical file must be kept for (at least) 20 years.
