Can my husband put me out on the street?

My husband literally kicked me out of the house and changed the locks right away. We are married igvg. I am not allowed to get to my stuff. Mortgage is in 2 names. What are my rights? Can I demand that I can move in and he can leave? Which I don't think he does.

You have equal rights regarding the use of the marital home. Neither of you has the right to evict the other. You can therefore continue to use the home in the normal way. If this leads to problems, you can apply for interim measures via a lawyer. The judge can then determine who is obliged to leave, as interim measures.
