Case closure in case of personal injury.

My brother had a traffic accident on June 23, 2021 and landed on his head. He then suffered neck, back, shoulder, knee and mental complaints. He has already been treated by a physiotherapist and psychologist, but has made no progress. The advocate is Nostimos and there is the person who left his file and another colleague has taken it over. The new advocate has taken over the case and wants to close the file, but we do not want that. We do see that he has changed and we want to be guided in the legal area about this. We have a possible visit report available about everything that was discussed. Unfortunately, the other party is working against us and wants to close the file as soon as possible. Can you please help us with this?
