What am I entitled to when I separate?

What am I entitled to if I split up with my partner? (cohabitation agreement) We have 1 child together. I do not receive benefits but am recovering from burnout/depression. And I am currently back in school to start my own practice as a holistic therapist. I take care of my child when he is not at school and occasionally I have some new clients. But it is really still constructive due to my low energy. I do not own our home.
