Right to what compensation after 2 years of illness?

After 2 years of illness I was offered a settlement agreement with compensation but I wonder if I am entitled to more. I have been employed for a total of 5 years. It concerns the medical research sector.

The compensation you can claim in such a situation is the statutory transition compensation. This compensation is calculated based on the time you have been employed and your (100%) salary. You are then entitled to 1/3 gross monthly salary per year worked and it is rounded off to the day. It is always wise to have your settlement agreement properly legally assessed.
