How can I terminate the contract prematurely?

I now have a year contract with a SGGZ institution for the second year. This contract expires on 31-12-2022. The contract contains the sentence that the contract cannot be terminated prematurely, so there is no notice period. I can and want to accept a new job on September 1st. Can the current contract be terminated prematurely? Is there no other option than to let this new job pass me by?

In principle, you cannot terminate the contract prematurely if this is not included in the contract. You can only enter into a discussion with your employer and see if there is room to agree otherwise.
