Complaint about company doctor not dealt with.

Largest occupational health network in the Netherlands does not handle complaint about company doctor. refuses to have medical file supplemented and corrected. I am not allowed to look in file. Second opinion is refused by this company. Employer puts wage freeze because I allegedly do not cooperate with reintegration, but does nothing with complaint about company doctor and nothing with the fact that her occupational health service does not resolve complaint. What can be done about this or are we at the mercy of company doctors in our country?

You can always request an expert opinion from the UWV. This is done without the company doctor and your employer and you can do it yourself. It is wise to continue to cooperate with your reintegration even if you do not agree with it. An expert opinion does not have a suspensive effect on the reintegration.
