Mileage allowance not paid out correctly?

I have had a contract since 2017 which is now being terminated. When I reread this contract I see that my mileage allowance should not be 0.19 but 0.28 ct per km I think (kilometers on behalf of the employer for the employer's client). Can I still claim this afterwards? This would amount to a total of €10,500 according to my payrolls.
