Apply internally with a permanent contract
Questioner
I would like to ask you the following question. If I apply internally with a permanent contract, can my employer convert this to a temporary contract in the new position?Lawyer
The answer to the question is simple in principle, that is not allowed. Your employer is not allowed to give you a temporary contract.Questioner
Good day, Thanks for your answer. Can you explain what happens if you change CAO within the organization? I have a permanent contract within the disabled care. I want to switch within the organization to the CAO Education. They want to give me a temporary contract there. And initially with a formal return guarantee to the old workplace but that is no longer the case so no return guarantee and a temporary contract. I thought that might be allowed because you are switching CAO. Kind regards, Sanne KaljeeLawyer
I think it would be good to exchange thoughts about this further on Monday by phone. That is of course also without obligation, but somewhat easier. You can contact me via boksjuristen.nl I look forward to hearing from you.Neem de volgende stap
