How many years back should I submit declarations?

At my work we were apparently allowed to declare internet every month. I was never told this and I didn't do it for 6.5 years. The person who handled the declarations never told me this either. All other colleagues did. She never spoke to me about this either. Now I recently found out and my manager also agrees with me. I should have received this. Now I can still submit it from January 2021. However, I wonder how many years I am actually entitled to. Is there anything legally stipulated about this?
