Travel allowance for commuting

Questioner

My partner and I have a LAT relationship. I live at two addresses: usually Monday evening to Friday afternoon in my own home in The Hague; Friday evening to Monday afternoon in my partner's home in Nieuwerkerk ad IJssel. I travel to work from both homes. However, I only receive travel expenses from my employer (commuting by public transport) for the trips I make from my own home. However, I travel from my partner's home to work on Friday afternoon and Monday morning and I believe that I should also be reimbursed for those travel expenses. What is legally stipulated about this?

Unfortunately, that is not the case. It is about the address where you are registered. That is the address that the employer may and must keep as a residential address. If you move elsewhere and are registered, this may change.
