Non-payment of hours worked?

I worked somewhere that I have since left, but they only paid out 48 of the 84 hours worked. After repeatedly contacting the company about this, there has been no response to my letter. It is not about a lot of money, but I think it is just a matter of principle, I was not treated properly at that company when I worked there either. What can I do to ensure that I still get paid for the remaining hours?
