Consequences of switching jobs and cancelling a new lease car?

A new lease car was ordered for me in June. This car will probably not be delivered until March 2023. Now I have received a very nice offer for another job, which I will probably accept. The employer indicates that if I change jobs, he will recover the fine for canceling the lease car from the leasing company from me (approximately 10% new catalog value). However, I have not signed anything. He threatens to withhold wages, etc. Is what my current employer pretends to be legally valid? I have legal assistance, but I do not really want it to get that far because I have always worked well here. I would like your opinion on this dispute

If your employer believes he can charge you an amount, there must be a contractual basis for this. If there is no contract, the employer will not be able to (unilaterally) withhold amounts. If you have legal assistance, it is wise to report the dispute there as soon as possible.
