Is a notarial cohabitation contract still valid if you get married?

My boyfriend and I signed a notarial cohabitation contract when we bought our house. It states that the proceeds from his apartment remain his. Now we are getting married and I do not want a prenuptial agreement. Does the old notarial document still apply or not?

If you enter into a marriage, then everyone's private assets remain outside the limited community of property. This also applies to the apartment. If you do not want to marry with prenuptial agreements and do not arrange anything at the notary, then you automatically marry in limited community of property. If you want to marry in full community of property, you must make this known to the notary and then you can still add the apartment to the community of property.
