Obliged to pay a full invoice when signing a budget?

I have a question about the following. I signed an estimate for a funeral service. Afterwards I found that I did not have to accept certain costs. Now the invoice arrived. Am I really obliged to pay everything if I signed an estimate or is it still negotiable?

It is about what you have contractually agreed. Was there only a budget (to which you would not necessarily be bound) or did you sign an agreement that obligates you to something in financial terms?

Thank you for your answer. I have not signed an agreement, only a provisional estimate. At this moment the funeral director says that if I have signed the estimate, then I am obliged to pay the costs mentioned.
