I have a debt to the NAME BANK due to fraud money. Apparently money was deposited into my account and taken away. The police investigated and had an interrogation with me as a suspect. The Public Prosecutor dismissed the case with a probation period of one year, but the debt is still there. Can you advise me on how best to approach it and if there is a lawyer who can help me?Lawyer
