Secretly taken photos by the quality manager

After a negative work evaluation on December 23, 2021 and subsequent explanation(s), the manager (quality OLVGlab.bv) indicated that she had secretly taken photos during a work meeting. I was quite pissed off about that. She responded to my reaction that she wanted to use them as support in the conversation with me. She indicated that she had deleted the photos, but no apologies. I continued my work at another department within OLVGlab bv, and unfortunately my contract was not extended. Due to their delaying regarding the final settlement, I am getting fed up, and in principle I want to investigate whether reporting could be an option to show my 'teeth' for once, and unfortunately put an end to it in a different way I go to bed with it and wake up with it. It does burden me. Even now that I have nothing more to do with this employer on the final account. Privacy and trust have been damaged, and then also unemployed (after 37 years of work). What can I do and is valid and wise? Please advice yours sincerely,
