Conflict over will.

As executor of a will, I have ended up in an unpleasant conflict with my sister about the division of our parents' estate. Our dear mother passed away on August 23, 2021. As executor of a will, I have certain obligations, but also powers. Now my sister wants to have another executor appointed by the Subdistrict Court of Central Netherlands. I was my mother's caregiver for the last two years of her life and that is partly why I still live in the parental home. My sister insists on selling that house. However, I do not want this, because my mother has assigned the house to me.

Your mother's will is an important fact in this case. You write that your mother has assigned you the house. Did that happen by means of a legacy? Is there anything about it in the will?
