How do I evict my partner?

My partner has been living with me since 2020, he is registered at my address with the municipality, he is not on the rental contract. I have asked him several times to leave, because the relationship has ended, but he refuses to leave. His answer is always 'I'm not going anywhere, I live here too'. He pays me the part that I used to receive in benefits (because this fell away when he moved in with me). Furthermore, we have nothing together financially, not even a cohabitation contract. We do have a 2-year-old son together. How do I get him to take me seriously and leave?

So if he doesn't leave voluntarily, you can force this through the court by means of summary proceedings. Then you can call the police to actually have him evicted.
