Is access to partner's accounts mandatory in the event of divorce?

I am going through a divorce. That is how I found out that he has 3 accounts that I know nothing about.

The law states (art. 21 RV): Parties are obliged to present the facts relevant to the decision completely and truthfully. If this obligation is not met, the judge may draw the conclusion he deems appropriate. And furthermore: (Article 194 Book 3 of the Dutch Civil Code): A co-owner who intentionally conceals, loses or keeps hidden property belonging to the community, forfeits his share in that property to the other co-owners. So if your ex deliberately does not report bills and credits, they could ultimately benefit you entirely.
