What form of commitment is possible if you do not live together?

My partner and I travel/live abroad for a large part of the year. When we are in the Netherlands, we stay in a holiday home. We are both registered at a different address because we cannot register at the address of the holiday park. Now we want to arrange things for/between the two of us, but we cannot find out whether that is possible if we are not registered at the same address in the Netherlands. Can you tell us what is possible in our case? Thank you in advance for your response.

I advise you to contact a notary to draw up a cohabitation agreement. In this agreement you can choose together what is important to arrange (and at which address).
