A Ukrainian woman wants to divorce her husband. They are both refugees and have a temporary residence status in the Netherlands. What does she need and what are the costs involved? So how can a Ukrainian refugee divorce in the Netherlands?

If the parties have their habitual residence in the Netherlands, they can jointly apply for divorce in the Netherlands. They then opt for the statutory rules in the Netherlands. It is important that they are proficient in Dutch, as we draw up the documents in Dutch.
