Agree to illegal registration?

My son has been living with his father for two months. This was supposed to be a temporary situation. His father is now asking me through a lawyer whether my son can be registered with him, but his address is not an official residential address and I do not want to agree to that. I understand that he is entitled to financial assistance such as child-related budget and child benefit, but I will not cooperate with an illegal registration. Can you give me advice on this?

Good afternoon, The address where the father lives is a studio that is not actually allowed to be occupied. He himself is registered at a friend's address. Now he wants to register my son with that friend and that does not feel right to me. By the way, my son is not sure that he wants to stay with his father, last week he was with me again.
