On March 30, 2022, I had pmu lips done. I paid €500 for this. I immediately made an appointment in six weeks. Two weeks later I saw no results. I contacted the clinic by phone. She said that you only see the results in a few weeks. Today I had an appointment with the clinic. I told her that I did not see any results, but only experienced pain. She admitted that, I asked if she wanted to refund my money. In the end, she refunded €150, while I paid her €500. Is that allowed?
