Siphoning off money during divorce

My partner and I are in the process of getting a divorce. What do I do now that it seems that he is siphoning off money from our savings account to others? He has also withdrawn the remaining amount twice and deposited it back into our joint account. What can I do to prevent running out of money to distribute fairly?
