Fixed agreement to exchange items after divorce?

I recently got divorced and through a mediator I made agreements with my ex-wife to exchange underlying items. However, no action is being taken and I have been waiting for a few months, since the divorce was finalized and previously since the agreements were recorded. I have contacted bailiffs but that is an expensive joke for just a few things and I am told that exchanging real estate is not a straight forward thing. What are my options here?
