How to get a refund?

In December '22 we accepted a quote for the installation of solar panels. The agreement to install the solar panels has now been failed to meet several times, without notice and without giving a reason. However, we have paid the largest part of the invoice. A formal notice of default requesting repayment sent by registered mail is not responded to. I had one more telephone contact with an employee in which repayment was promised, but that has still not happened. What can we do to get our payment back?
