Can a foreign company sell a brand in the Netherlands?

Can a foreign company sell a brand in the Netherlands of which we have the exclusive brand rights? This party offers products of the brand of which we are the exclusive brand holder on various channels (mainly bol.com). In my opinion, it should go through us or we could force them to do so, but that is where the doubt lies and therefore this question.
