Neighbors have a hair salon at home

Both driveways are connected to each other and no longer separated by anything. There used to be trees there but they were removed at their request with the agreement that something new would come. This did not happen. In itself no problem, however, the driveway is used to the maximum by letting the customers' car park on the property line so that multiple cars can be parked there I think this is somewhat antisocial because it means we have to park the car further to the outside. Because the car is parked in this way, customers get out on our premises. The neighbors were approached about this but got the feedback that the customers need space to visit the hair salon. They also don't want to be bothered about this anymore In addition, it sometimes looks like a parking lot.
