Emptying garage box ex?

My ex does not respond to registered letters, emails etc. about collecting his stuff from my garage box so that I can use it myself. Can I empty and clean it out for example?? I have now set the last date for August 10th.

In your letter to your ex you must make it clear that the items will be removed from the garage at his expense with a deadline of August 10. Send this letter and all others by registered mail.
