Obliged to pay for an order not completed properly?

Questioner

I had 150 books printed at a printer. It is the second edition. They accidentally used a different file and therefore printed the first edition instead of the second. So I cannot use the books as they are. One solution would be to remove a page and paste it in, but it remains a stopgap. Many things also went wrong with the first edition and were not always resolved neatly. Now I actually do not want to pay the invoice but also do not want to have the order repaired by them anymore, the trust is gone and I would rather go to another printer. But is this legally possible?

In this you will first have to put the printer in default because he is not fulfilling the order correctly with the request to fix something. If this does not happen then you can take further measures. I can assist you with this procedure. You can contact me via email address: groenewegenjuristen@gmail.com or via this platform.
