If my mother dies, can we arrange everything ourselves or is it important to arrange an executor? She has no savings, valuables or debts. She is underinsured for the funeral. We also wonder whether it is possible and sensible to accept under benefit of inventory if it turns out that there is not enough money to pay the rent, energy consumption, etc. after death. We cannot pay it ourselves either.
