Action in case of non-payment of self-employed person by company?

I was hired to prepare a load with a forklift to load a ship. These days were confirmed by email. Now the insurance company of this ship has postponed the work at the last minute because of the weather conditions. The load would not be insured. Now the company that arranges the charter has confirmed by email that they would pay the days that we were there for nothing in full or some days in part. The invoice has been sent with a payment term of 30 days. 2 reminders have now been sent but no payment has been received yet. What are my rights in this regard and what can I do now?

It is then important to send a summons with a good notice of the extrajudicial collection costs and statutory commercial interest, with the announcement that in case of late payment a procedure will be initiated with a subdistrict court.
