Refund of deposit received if other party refuses?

Solar panels ordered in December 2022. Down payment made in February 2023. Delivery date postponed again and again and the company appears to do this with almost all customers. After moving them 4 times and sending a notice of default with a period of 2 weeks in which they could still be installed and then a notice of default. The company admits that it went wrong and provides a paper with 5 dates on which the down payment would be refunded in installments. This is also not complied with. What is left for me to do now to get my €5,800 down payment back?
