At the end of last year I was approached by a 'friend' who needed money. Over the months I eventually gave him 3,000 euros with the intention that I would get it back when I needed it. In February I had indicated that I wanted the money back because I needed it. At the moment it is 7 months later and I am still without money. Every week excuses are used that he will send it but unfortunately nothing has been received. Would you be so kind as to give me some further advice on this?
