Early September we ordered a 'custom cabinet'. We paid half of it in advance when ordering, the other half one day before the planned delivery/assembly. Delivery was supposed to take place on October 12. In the meantime, more than 2 months have passed and the delivery appointment has been moved several times for various reasons. It sounded very reliable, but in retrospect it seems to be a delaying tactic. At the time of writing, it is no longer possible to contact the company. Telephone numbers no longer work, there is no email response and the physical showroom is closed. There is no information about a bankruptcy yet, but it seems very likely that all activities have already ceased. We paid over 6000 euros and have sleepless nights about it. This is seriously a lot of money for us.
