How can I get my money back?

I was going on holiday with a friend during the Christmas holidays. I wanted cancellation insurance when booking, she did not want this and we did not take it then either. Unfortunately, the friendship ended a few weeks before departure, this was my initiative. The booking is in her name. She cancelled it and got part of the travel sum back from the organisation. She states that she will keep the entire amount herself. I paid the same amount for this holiday as she did, but she does not give me half of the amount that we will get back. The organisation is not allowed to tell me how much money it is, and so I do not have confirmation of cancellation because I was only a fellow traveller. The only thing I have is proof that I transferred it to her account, proof that she received it (screenshots, WhatsApp conversations and screen recordings from the bank), booking confirmation and proof that she states that she will keep the entire amount for herself. What can I do legally to get my money back?
