In a shop I bought a TV five years ago with a premium of €99.00 for warranty plus. If I do not use the warranty plus I can get my premium back. This is a promotion on the occasion of black Friday. All formalities were completed with a registered letter to France and an email to the company in Belgium and now two months have passed and we still have not received anything.
