Defective TV

18-11-23 bought a TV from MediaMarkt. After three weeks I noticed that the sides of the TV were loose. Then contacted customer service and the TV went to the repair. I had clearly stated that only the sides were loose and that there were no problems with the image and brightness (after repair). I understand that they replaced the entire panel. After that, three complaints were added: 1x brightness 2x remote control 3x sound when on and off Not responding properly. Contacted again in the first week of December and have not received a resolution yet.Lawyer

If this is not the case, the law states that you must give the seller at least one opportunity to repair the defect.
