Seller makes blind person sign document
Questioner
My brother is blind because of an attempt on his life, his wife recently bought a new car. I - his sister - have a difference of opinion with the person who is the seller, which dispute will be brought before the court. I take care of my brother a few days a week. The seller has made my brother, who is blind, sign a document stating that this is not true and that I, as his sister, do not take care of him. Is this allowed? He also suffers from short-term memory.Lawyer
