Webshop does not deliver and does not refund money

Unfortunately, I have become a victim of scammers from an online store. I ordered a convection oven in October 2023 for almost €400. After the delivery time was extended 4 times and almost half a year later, I cancelled. I have sent a completed withdrawal form to the correct email address, but after 6 weeks I have not received any responses to my emails and have been ignored for a month now and I have the strong feeling that I will never see my money back. I am at my wits end and do not know what to do to get my money back. Can you help me with this? I have access to all information/data.Lawyer
