Advice on alcohol problems and driving bans

I have heard that with a high alcohol level (620 Ugl) you have to blow again after 2 hours. Is this true? I have to have an alcohol lock fitted and appear on 11 March. If I comply with everything there will be no sanctions and I will not have to go to court. We drive a 13 year old car. If our car is unexpectedly worn out, broken, will I have to have an alcohol lock built in another car, if I even have money for a new car. If I cannot buy a new car, I will immediately be banned from driving for 5 years, which I will also be banned from if I do not cooperate with the alcohol lock program. The cost of the lock is between €3500.00 and €4000.00. Will I also get a fine now? According to a letter from the CVOM, I have lost my driver's license for half a year. The alcohol lock program is separate from a criminal assessment (fine, prison sentence or disqualification from driving). The alcohol lock program is an administrative measure and is imposed by the CBR. These two 'trajectories' are therefore separate from each other.

The first is simply because they are two different procedures. It concerns a criminal case and an administrative law case. What I know about blowing is that you have to blow after 20 minutes after the first contact on the street.
