BW art.7:650, employment contract, penalty clause My daughter has been offered an employment contract by Takko, for shop assistant for 10 hours per week, salary 293Eu per month. With a confidentiality penalty clause of 2000Eu and the clause that the employer may use this penalty for his own benefit. Is this fair?
