Legal Advice on Changes to Working Hours

I have been working for the same company for 8 years on Mondays and Thursdays, this in a verbal agreement with the person who hired me at the time. Now since last week we have a new boss who likes flexibility and wants to oblige us to take days off during the week and then schedule us on Saturdays and Sundays. Is this allowed? I have 2 children and have arranged my babysitter for these 2 days.Lawyer
If you have been working the same hours for 8 years, this cannot be changed unilaterally 'just like that'. In principle, this cannot be done without your consent. This is only different if there are changed working conditions, which justify a change in the working days. Your employer will have to demonstrate this.Take the next step
