The person who promised this went on vacation without informing my colleagues of our arrangements. As a result, I called the agency two to three times a week, each time saying they were looking into it, but no one returned my calls. This resulted in me being home unpaid for a month, which had major consequences for my unpaid bills. Can I hold the agency liable?
