Legal Assistance for Disability
Questioner
Dear Sir/Madam, I have become unilaterally blind due to a TIA and can no longer perform my work. I was self-employed. I have no job, no income, and no benefits. Finding a job at my age and with my disability hasn't worked after about 100 applications. I can no longer function 100%. Am I entitled to benefits in my situation? thank you in advanceQuestioner
Dear questioner, As a self-employed person, you are unfortunately not entitled to disability benefits from the government. Depending on your income and assets, you may be eligible for (special) social assistance. For more information, please contact your municipality. Lots of strength.Take the next step
