What to do in case of bankruptcy during maternity leave?

Questioner

I've been on maternity leave for two weeks now. My employer is very likely going bankrupt. What will happen to my salary/leave allowance during my maternity leave? Will I receive it directly from the UWV (Employee Insurance Agency)? And what percentage of my salary will that be? And what if he relaunches my position and it's "necessary" because it will continue to exist? Does he have to take me on? And if he does, when will that start? During or after my leave? And will my old terms and conditions (salary, hours, etc.) apply? And that would be my third contract with this employer. Or do the two previous contracts not apply?

Questioner

If your employer goes bankrupt, the Employee Insurance Agency (UWV) will take over your last three months' salary payments. You will receive a WAZO benefit because you cannot receive unemployment benefits during maternity leave. If a restart is made, the employment contracts may be taken over by the new company. This depends on the trustee's negotiations. If the contracts are taken over, the old hours will apply.

Questioner

Dear Robert, Thanks. But how does that work? I'm just starting the leave process (haven't received any salary or WAZO benefits since then). Will the trustee transfer this to the UWV, or do I need to take action myself? I'm about to give birth and would like to know where I stand and whether I need to take action. And is the WAZO benefit 100% of my salary? Thanks in advance!
